If not completely satisfied with the purchase, the product can be returned for a full refund or exchange for another item within 28 calendar days from the date it was received. This excludes personalised and custom items. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging. Once the return is received, the status of the refund will be notified after inspecting the item. If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to the credit card or original method of payment. The credit will be received within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer's policies.
